Bay Watch House accommodates up to 11 adults and 2 children with a lounge, dining room, kitchen, a further reception room with TV (which can be used as bedroom 7), 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms.

There is parking for 2 cars at the front and a courtyard with garden furniture at the back. Free use of BT broadband/WiFi.

The ground floor contains:

• A spacious dining room decorated in New England style with a large bay window and sea views, feature fireplace (decorative use only) and seating for 13.
• A further reception room with feature fireplace, TV, 2 armoires and a day bed – this room can be used as an additional TV room or as an extra bedroom.
• A comprehensive fitted kitchen with butler sink, 2 pyrolytic ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
• A small utility area with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• A twin bedroom decorated in a nautical theme.
• A shower room with a basin and WC.

The first floor contains:

• A large lounge with a feature fireplace which has been furnished in New England style with two large settees, two armchairs, a window seat, TV, DVD and music system.
• 2 double bedrooms with nautical themes.
• 1 single bedroom.
• 1 bathroom with bath (with shower), basin and high level WC.
• 1 shower room with large shower, basin and WC.

The second floor has:

• The master bedroom with spectacular sea view and en-suite shower room.
• A twin bedroom with a beach style theme.

Outside there is off-street parking for 2 cars and a secure enclosed courtyard at the back with furniture provided for alfresco dining.

We welcome a pet for an additional weekly fee.

Please note that we are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 25 years or from stag or hen parties.
