Roselands Caravan and Camping Park is a select development of 15 modern caravans and dedicated pitch sites for tours, motor homes and campers. It is set in pleasant grounds with displays of shrubs and flowers, surrounded by hundreds of acres of typical Cornish countryside and yet within a few minutes drive of many picturesque beaches, coves and places of interest and recreations facilities – golf, climbing, horse riding, cycling, swimming just to name a few.

Equipped with gas cooker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, colour television and electric fire, some with microwave. Duvets and pillows are supplied, you will be required to bring your own bed linen, or you can make your holiday a real break, and we can provide freshly laundered sheets and duvet covers for everyone just tick on the booking form if required. Well behaved pets are allowed in the caravans only by prior arrangement but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Touring caravans, motor homes and tents – pitches are grassed and level, some with electric hook up and sea views. There are ample stand pipes around the park. Well behaved dogs are allowed on a lead, provided they are kept on a lead and exercised outside the park ground.
