Natural light floods into Chy Lowen from the floor to ceiling glass windows and bi-fold doors. Enjoy the sunrise over the bay or dramatic storms. Direct access to the coastal path from Burthallan Lane.

Upstairs, you can step out through the sliding glass doors on to the balcony – the perfect spot to steal a quiet moment or a spot of breakfast and watch the sun rise over the bay. Enjoy the spacious open-plan living room/diner/kitchen area on the ground floor with glass doors leading out on to the patio, where you can relax in the large hot tub, soak up the views and fire up the BBQ.
Inside, the owners have included loads of clever features to make your stay as relaxing as possible – everything from the wood-burner and full HD projector in the living room to the American-style, ice-making fridge-freezer and Tassimo coffee machine in the kitchen. Not forgetting the wireless Sonos sound system, which means you can play your favourite music in any room in the house.

If you can’t drag yourself away from the view and decide to stay in, there’s a modern, well-stocked kitchen and room for 12 at the dining table. But with St Ives just a short walk away, Boscarne is also ideally positioned for forays into town to sample the many excellent restaurants and pubs.
And when you’re finally ready to get some rest, there are four luxury bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor – handy if any of your party struggle with stairs. There are five bedrooms in total and three of the super king beds can be split to six singles.
As for waking up to the stunning views – well, there aren’t many better things in life.
