No.4 Barnaloft has a beachfront location and is ideally situated for family holidays, located in the picturesque old quarter of St. Ives and directly overlooking the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor, it is only a short walk to the harbour, restaurants, shops and many art galleries, including Tate St Ives. The property includes a private lockup garage and has direct access to the beach. Free WiFi and TV.

Accommodation
The property consists of a modern newly fitted Kitchen and dining area on the ground floor; the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, chest freezer, cooker & microwave etc. (there is a private laundry room on site for guests use). Open stairs lead to the first floor hallway. There are two bedrooms overlooking the rear courtyard: Bedroom 1, a kingsize double bed with vanity basin and fitted wardrobes; Bedroom 2, a smaller room with pull out single/twin bed. The Bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The Lounge is comfortably furnished and has breathtaking views over Porthmeor beach and the sea.
There are night storage heaters in all rooms. All electricity, heating and hot water is included. Linen and towels are available for a small laundry fee, if required, payable at the time of booking. Due to the open stairs the property is not suitable for young children.
