Holiday apartments sleeping 4 – We have two well-appointed apartments available at Ayr Holiday Park in St Ives – Carbis & Gwidden. Both apartments are on the ground-floor, but their slightly elevated position gives them views across the park and out to sea.

Sleeps 6 – Lanyon is one of our two newest (2023) self-catering properties. Its versatile accommodation and knock-out views make it a favourite with both families and larger groups looking for a holiday in Cornwall. With a first-floor balcony offering 180-degree views over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay, Lanyon is simply stunning in all weathers. It is a 3 bedroom, semi-detached, reverse-level property that sleeps 6 people. Lanyon can be booked together with Treen for larger groups (up to 12 people) who wish to holiday together but have separate facilities. (Sorry we don’t accept hen/stag parties or college leaving groups.)

Sleeps 5 – A spacious house overlooking St Ives Bay with a large garden and patio for catching the last of the day’s sun and boasting some of the best views in town. Just a few minutes’ walk to all beaches, and a host of impressive restaurants. Three bedrooms, new kitchen/diner and bathroom. WiFi, own parking space.

Porthgwarra
We have houses close to Nanjizel Cove just around the corner from Land’s End. Four more cottages at the lovely tiny fishing cove of Porthgwarra and two at Marazion with views of St Michael’s Mount in Mounts Bay. All our estate holiday homes have been loveingly refurbished to provide warm and comfortable accommodation from which you can enjoy some of the best coastal scenery, beaches and coves in west Cornwall between Land’s End and Marazion.

We can have four cottages at the lovely tiny fishing cove of Porthgwarra, two more houses at Nanjizel and two at Marazion with views of St Michael’s Mount in Mounts Bay. Sleeping 4 – With splendid ocean views from almost every room, this fantastic penthouse apartment is accessed from a spiral staircase in a purpose-built turret. Surf’s Up has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped modern kitchen, living/dining areas and a balcony to make the most of the view. Garage parking nearby for a car.

Ideally situated, self-catering bungalow set in peaceful, landscaped gardens of the 16th century Kenegie Manor House, just one and a half miles from Penzance. Facilities include indoor pool, sauna and outdoor tennis courts. Tastefully decorated and furnished with two bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen, shower room, two patio areas with furniture. Sleeps 4.

Sleeps 6 – A three bedroom cottage at the top of Porthmeor Hill and just 100 metres to beach. The ground floor is open planned with kitchen/dining for 6. Across the hall a separate lounge with wood burner. The first floor includes a master bedroom is ensuite, and bathroom with shower over. Second bedroom with double link bed and third bedroom with 2 x 3ft singles. Family shower room, with wc & basin. An outside, south facing, gated decking area enjoys plenty of sun and is a space to eat al fresco. Parking for 2 medium cars, central heating, wifi, Netflix, dishwasher, washer dryer, TVs in all bedrooms.

Godrevy has superb sea views from the lounge/dining area, balcony, bedrooms and garden and has most of the modern appliances you could wish for.

Set in the idyllic grounds of the fine 17th Century Kenegie Manor near Penzance, in a central position for touring South West Cornwall, this charming two-bedroomed bungalow has been recently refurbished. Beautiful beaches and spectacular coastline are only a short drive away; from the golden beaches of St Ives with fishing boats nestling in the small harbour to the rugged moorland and cliffs heading off towards Land’s End.

Sandy beaches can be found just down the road at Marazion and there are many other choices within half an hour’s drive.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this reverse-level property is suited to families and groups looking for the perfect holiday in Cornwall.
This ‘upside-down’ house has a first-floor, open plan living space with balcony that offers panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay. Treen can be booked together with Lanyon for larger groups (up to 12 people). Holiday together but you have separate facilities. The two properties cater for up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, with 6 bath/shower rooms. (Sorry no hen/stag parties or college leaving groups.)
